Are my competitors getting my customers because they have a website and I don’t?
Very likely, yes — at least some of them. When a potential customer searches and your competitor appears but you don’t, that customer goes to the business they can actually find and evaluate. The website doesn’t have to be better than you; it just has to exist and look credible. Every “near me” search you’re absent from is a customer handed to whoever showed up. A website levels that field and keeps those searches pointed at you.
