- Our original written content, marketing copy, and graphics are our intellectual property.
Customer content
- You keep ownership of the text, images, and logos you provide for your website.
- You grant us a licence to use those materials to build, host, and maintain your site while your service is active. See our Terms of Service.
Using our content
Permitted
- Link to our pages
- Share brief excerpts with proper attribution
- Reference our content under fair dealing principles
Not permitted
- Copy our code, templates, or design system
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest our content
- Reproduce substantial portions without permission
- Remove copyright notices or attribution
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on our site or a site we host infringes your copyright, email us with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" and include:
- Your contact information (name, email, and address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The specific content and URL you say is infringing.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement that your information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
